Dustin

Dustin is my youngest son who is by far the happiest baby. Dustin always has a smile on his face and seems to love everyone he meets.
Dustin was recently diagnosed with plagiochephaly and needs to wear a helmet to correct this. I feel so horrible making my beautiful baby boy wear this helmet. Dustin absolutely hates it! He is soaked with sweat when I take it off of him, and it looks as if it's crooked. Even though Dustin hates it, nothing will take that perfect smile off his face.


Eventually Dustin is supposed to wear this helmet 23 hours a day! I just can't imagine that. I am only supposed to take it off for bath time each night and then he is supposed to wear it until the doctor thinks his problem is fixed.

I just really hate putting Dustin through this. Dustin also has a hole in his heart that we are hoping closes. Dustin has to be checked by his heart doctor every 6 months. I am so lucky to have him, and we all love Dustin so much.
